That’s why we ensure that you can receive your items as soon as you want them by offering several shipping options. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information – so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

How do I cancel my order?

We do try to process all orders as quickly as possible, but we might be able to help if you contact us via Request Form. If we’re unable to cancel your order, it will ship as scheduled. But don’t worry – you can return it for any reason within 30 days, free of charge.

When the BACKORDER position be available again?

Found your new favorite bench but they’re not available in your color? No worries! While we don’t have a set schedule to restock sold-out items, we refill our inventory continuously, giving you quicker access to the benches you want.

We also offer an opportunity to sign up to receive email notifications of when some of our products come back in stock. Simply provide your email address if you see a NOTIFY ME button next to a product that you’d like to receive inventory updates on in your color.

What is the Custom Project policy?

We love helping our customers express themselves with a customized image (logo) that can be added to Our benches. That being said, all customization stuff must meet our guidelines.

If your logo is rejected as you customize your bench on flyingbenchradio.com, you’ll be prompted to enter a new Custom Project before you can complete the customization process. Your Custom Project will be rejected if it does not adhere to guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

Custom Project Guidelines

We support PDF, CRD, PNG formats that should be uploaded in customizer work space.

To protect the style and integrity of our brand, your Custom Project will be rejected if it contains any of the following:

  • Inappropriate slang
  • Insulting or discriminatory content
  • Content construed to incite violence
  • Content that we do not accept as a reflection of our brand

How does calculate sales tax?

What are the shipping options?

We want you to receive your items as quickly as you’d like, so we offer three different options for shipping: standard, express, and next day. Items ordered with standard shipping arrive between 5-18 days after we process your order.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $150.00, or for all orders placed via flyingbenchradio.com.

Standard (5 -18 business days for orders placed by 3PM EST)

$10 for orders less than $50

Express (4 - 6 business days for orders placed by 5PM EST)

$20 regardless of order value.

Next Day (1 business day for orders placed by 5PM EST)

$50 regardless of order value.

How do I return my order?

We make returns hassle-free so that you can purchase with confidence. Flyingbenchradio.com purchases can be returned for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply follow the steps below to return your order, no questions asked. And remember – we always cover the return shipping cost.


Place your item(s) in their shipping box.

Attach the return label (which can be found inside the original packaging) to the outside of the box.

Drop the box at any postal service location.

I don’t have a return label. What should I do?

If your order did not include a return label or if you’ve misplaced or discarded the label, you can get a new one in a couple of ways:

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. We will process your return within two business days, though your payment provider may take longer to refund your purchase.


Can I exchange my order?

Of course. To exchange your order for another color, please contact Our Customer Service Team by Request Form. You can also take your order to a authorized dealer store for an in-store exchange.


Can I return something I received as a gift? 

At this time, Gift returns or exchanges would need to be done by the individual you paid for the gift. If you’d like to return your product or exchange your product yourself, you may bring it to a authorized retail store.


How do I return defective or flawed product?

We stand behind all of our products. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team.


How do I get a return label?

Check inside your box. Most orders come with a pre-paid return label for your convenience. 

If you didn’t receive a return label or need a new one, you can request one via email or mail by contacting our Customer Service Team.

If my order had a label in the box, do I need to do anything online before returning it?

Nope! Just re-box your items, slap on the label, and drop it at any postal service location.


How do I re-download a return label?

Simply enter your order number in the Order Status window.

 

Do I have to pay for the return label or shipping costs?

The return label included in the box with your order is prepaid and pre-addressed, so returns won’t cost a thing.

Additionally, you are welcome to return your order to a authorized retail store free of charge (no label required).
